Exchanges

If your item has been received damaged or defective please reach out to our customer service team immediately. We require photographs of any damage or defects before processing an exchange request.

If your exchange request is approved we will ship the replacement item as soon as the initial order is received in our warehouse and inspected.

Please note due to limited quantities a replacement may not be available and we will determine refunds or store credit on a case by case basis.

Returns

King Circle does not accept returns or refunds. All Sales are final. If you have a cancellation please email customer@kingcircle.com

Shipping

King Circle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event your item has not arrived please contact the carrier directly.

UPS is our primary delivery partner.
